Scanning
If you have ever tried to take a picture of your painting you know it can be difficult to capture the feeling of your work! Maybe you use heavy texture, maybe you have a high gloss finish, maybe you like to create large works! It seems everything presents a challenge when scanning art. Our capture system is designed to bring out the best in your hard work.
The system has cutting edge software that allows us to focus on your work not system limitations. This means lighting your work in a way that makes it look good not worrying about lighting fall off or blown out shinny spots. Our software will handle those issues behind the scenes so we can just focus on your work. Our cleaver process will capture the colors you incorporated into the art. Printing
Fine art printing starts with archival inks and high-fidelity printing technology. Prints created for the art world need to last! We only use archival inks that have been tested to last for close to 100 years under normal conditions! We utilize a very strict color management process that enables us to achieve high quality prints with repeatable color over time. We strive to match color weather you order a print today or years from now.
Proofing
So many factors go into how your final reproduction will look. What type of media will be used? What kind of finishing will be applied? What size will the reproduction be? We feel it is best to always generate a proof of how the printer will reproduce the work. There is always a variation from what the artist creates to what the printers create. The proofing process helps narrow that gap.
Finishing
A raw print from a printer is not always the best solution! Canvas prints need to be coated to seal in the inks and create a durable product. Some paper prints are enhanced by coating procedures. Canvas prints may need to be stretched. Maybe deckling the edges of your paper prints is what you need. We offer many finishing services to give you the best product for your application.
Fulfillment
This is where being flexible really helps! We coordinate with you on what your needs are to get the product into the customers hands. Maybe it is as easy as shipping that large stretched canvas for you. It could be as complex as shipping rolled canvas to you to enhance, sign and number. Then returning to us to stretch and ship to the end user. Maybe it is putting paper prints into cello bags and helping you get ready for that weekend show.
